Supporting parents. Strengthening families. Helping children thrive.

Parenting can be rewarding—and it can also leave you feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or emotionally exhausted.

You may be managing challenging behaviors, worrying about your child’s emotional health, navigating conflict with a co-parent, or trying to hold your family together while balancing work, relationships, finances, and your own well-being.

You do not have to figure it all out alone.

Parent coaching with Cerene Prince, MSW, LCSW, provides practical, holistic, and compassionate support to help you understand what is happening, respond more effectively, and create a healthier environment for your child and family.

A well parent raises a well child“™️

Children are deeply affected by the emotional health of the adults who care for them.

That is why my approach does not focus only on correcting a child’s behavior. Together, we look at the whole family—including your concerns, parenting experiences, relationships, culture, lifestyle, stress level, and emotional capacity.

This is not about blaming parents or expecting perfection. It is about helping you feel more confident, supported, and prepared to meet your child’s needs while also caring for yourself.

Together, we will develop realistic strategies that work for your family—not someone else’s.

Parent Support May Be Right for You If You Are:
  • Feeling overwhelmed by your child’s behavior
  • Struggling to communicate with your child or teenager
  • Parenting a child with special needs or behavioral challenges
  • Feeling burned out, frustrated, guilty, or emotionally depleted
  • Unsure whether you are responding to your child effectively
  • And more!

It is not psychotherapy and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If therapy or another clinical service appears more appropriate, recommendations will be provided.

No. Parents seek coaching for many reasons, including communication difficulties, co-parenting concerns, family transitions, school-related stress, emotional burnout, or a desire to become more confident and intentional in their parenting.

By working together to set clear goals and consistently applying new techniques, many parents see significant improvements in communication, reduced conflict, and a more harmonious family environment. Like most things in life, parent coaching doesn’t guarantee specific outcomes but it empowers you with tools and strategies to improve your family life.

No service can guarantee a particular outcome. Progress depends on several factors, including the family’s circumstances, participation, consistency, and ability to apply the recommended strategies. Parent coaching equips you with tools, support, and a clear plan for creating positive change.
