About Orchard Blue Counseling
Orchard Blue Counseling Services (OBC) is a mental health company and wellness programming partner specializing in the emotional well-being of children, adolescents, parents, and the communities that support them.
Our service model places a strong emphasis on mental wellness programming for schools, community organizations, and businesses. We provide student and parent workshops, professional development, staff-wellness programmes, high-risk student support, parent consultation, and customized mental health initiatives designed to meet each organization’s needs.
OBC also provides individual and family therapy, with particular expertise in child and adolescent psychotherapy, parent wellness, grief, trauma, anxiety, behavioral concerns, and life transitions. Therapy services are available in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Florida, while our educational, organizational, and wellness programming is offered nationwide.
As a certified New York State contractor and New York City Department of Education vendor, OBC partners with schools and organizations to strengthen mental health awareness, expand access to support, and cultivate healthier environments in which children, families, employees, and communities can thrive.
Our approach is holistic, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in the belief that wellness extends beyond the therapy room. We are especially committed to creating affirming spaces for Black and Brown communities and LGBTQ+ individuals.
Inspired by the proverb, “It takes a village to raise a child,” Orchard Blue Counseling embraces a whole-community approach to healing and prevention. By equipping youth, parents, educators, professionals, and organizations with practical tools and meaningful support, we help build healthier communities and more successful futures for the next generation.
