This support group is led by three Women Therapists, specializing in Women Issues. This 5-session support group is designed specifically for women navigating the emotional transitions of divorce and separation, who are ready for support, coping skills and empowerment to move forward.

Group Criteria:
-Divorced woman, past and recent
-Separated from your spouse or long term partner
-Over the age of 30
-Experiencing issues related to: sleeping issues, sudden changes in appetite, feeling stuck, resentment, anger, nervousness, and/or panic attacks -unrelated to a medical condition(s)
Number of Sessions: Five (5)
Time: 630pm-730pm

-Health Insurance plans: AETNA, Optum, Oscar, UMR, United HealthCare, Optum EAP and Out of Network plans.
-Out of Pocket: $30.00 per session when you enroll on or before October 30th, 2025. $50.00 per session after.
