Group Criteria:
-Divorced woman, past and recent
-Separated from your spouse or partner
-Age 30 and older
-Experiencing issues related to: sleeping issues, sudden changes in appetite, feeling stuck, resentment, anger, nervousness, and/or panic attacks -unrelated to a medical condition(s)Date: Begins in the Fall, Dates to be announced
Number of Sessions: Five (5)
Time: 630pm-730pm
